The Borough of Keyport Harbor Commission, established in accordance with Borough Code §2-7.1 (opens in a new tab), consists of seven residents, including two members of the governing body. Members are appointed by the Mayor and confirmed by the Borough Council, with the governing body members appointed for terms of 1 year and the other five members appointed to 5-year terms.
