NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING

In compliance with the New Jersey Open Public Meetings Act, N.J.S.A. 10:4-6 et seq., please take notice that a “Special Meeting” of the Keyport BID, Inc. (aka Keyport Bayfront Business Cooperative (“KBBC”)) Board of Directors (“Board”) will be held on August 21, 2026 at 12:00 p.m. (noon). This meeting will be held remotely via Zoom. The Zoom information will be posted to the KBBC’s website, https://www.visitkeyport.org/.
