Milton Ziment, is the Office on Aging's Advisory Council committee representative who works tirelessly with the Monmouth County Cancer Coalition throughout the year and is one of their most fervent supporters. Milton continually updates us on the Coalition's programs and here is another opportunity in which  you or someone you know may want to participate.

The Monmouth County Cancer Coalition is presenting an important program for individuals suffering from chronic disease and their care givers called: "Living Better with Chronic Disease."

It will be held March 26, 2011 from 8:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the Brookdale Community College (765 Newman Springs Road, Lincroft, NJ). Fee of $15 includes a continental breakfast.

This will be a valuable opportunity to learn tangible ways to improve quality of life, self empowerment, self management of chronic disease, supportive resources available within the community, and much more, from a noted physician keynote speaker, Dr. Susan Walsh, M.D. FACP, panels of expert health providers, and question and answer sessions.
