    NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING

Location: Keyport Borough Hall, 70 W. Front Street, Keyport, NJ

In-person and video conference

 Pursuant to the Open Public Meetings Act (P.L. 1975, c. 231) notice is hereby given that a Special Meeting including an Executive Session of the Mayor and Council of the Borough of Keyport will be held on Wednesday, January 7, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. at Keyport Borough Hall, Council Chambers, 70 W. Front Street, Keyport, NJ.  This meeting will be held in-person and via video conference.  The link and dial-in information will be made available on the Borough website at www.keyportonline.com.

The Governing Body will meet in Open Session to consider appointments to the Library Board of Trustees and the Keyport Bayfront Business Cooperative (KBBC) Board of Directors. The Governing Body will then meet in an Executive Session closed to the public pursuant to N.J.S.A. 10:4-12(b)(8) to interview candidates for the position of Borough Administrator.

Formal action may be taken at this meeting.
