The Municipal Administrator is the Chief Administrative Officer of the Borough and is responsible to the Mayor and Council for the proper and efficient administration of the business affairs of the Borough. The Municipal Administrator supervises and directs the business activities of all departments. The Municipal Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day activities of the municipal government and implements policies established by the Mayor and Council. The Municipal Administrator is often referred to as the Borough Administrator. All Department Heads report to the Administrator.
