The Borough of Keyport is offering qualifying small businesses operating at a location within the Keyport Neighborhood Preservation Program (NPP) district boundaries the opportunity to apply for grants for commercial rent, mortgage, utility payments and the procurement of masks and other personal protection equipment (PPE).  Grants are supported by federal COVID-19 recovery funds administered by the N.J.
