REVAULATION

The Borough of Keyport was ordered by the Monmouth County Board of Taxation to revalue all property in Keyport and establish current market value as their basis for tax assessments. 

This value will be used for assessment purposes beginning in the year 2009.  Tax bills due August 1, will reflect the new assessment.  An increase in the assessed value of your property does not necessarily mean your taxes will go up.
