NOTICE OF PUBLIC SALE

Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:12-13(a), a sale at public auction shall be conducted by the Borough Clerk or designee at Consolidated Fire Protection, 34 First Street, Keyport, New Jersey of certain personal property (the “Property”), as follows:

1988 Seagrave Ladder Truck – VIN#1F9FX28H9JCST2031    $5,000.00

Said Property no longer needed for public use and said sale shall take place on Friday, March 1, 2019 beginning at 10:00AM prevailing time (with inspection to take place 9:00AM-10:00AM.)

The sale of the Property shall be made at public auction, as is, with a minimum bid as listed above, and shall be sold to the highest bidder, with the Borough reserving its right to reject all bids where the highest bid is not accepted; and
