In preperation of the upcoming storm, there will be parking restrictions in effect from 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM on the following "Snow Emergency Routes"

West Front, Broad from First to Third
East Front from Broad to Church,
Main from Front to Third. 
South Side of Warren between Main and Division
