 Dear Borough of Keyport Resident,

 The Borough of Keyport has opted to participate in a NJ state authorized Municipal Energy Aggregation Program designed to offer you savings on the electric generation portion of your bill.

 The following pages contain important information explaining the energy aggregation program established by the Borough of Keyport to provide lower electric generation rates than you would currently pay compared to JCP&L.

 We are pleased to offer this less expensive electricity supply program. In order to understand the program and its benefits, please take a few minutes to read this information. This program may be very different than other third party supply contracts and offers protections to you that individual contracts may not offer, such as no penalties or fees to opt out, the ability to opt out at any time and a fixed (non-variable) rate.

 Presentations will be held by our energy consultant, Commercial Utility Consultants, Inc. (“CUC”) to help answer any questions you may have. The meetings will be held at the Borough Hall located at 70 West Front St. Keyport on Tuesday, 1/26/16 at 3:30 pm and 7:00 pm and Monday, 2/1/16 at 10am Keyport Senior Center and Keyport Council Chambers 3:30 pm and 7:00 pm.
